These products are used for super fluorocarbon inter braided packing application without the use of additives of any kind. This packing is virtually a premium packing because of its very low co-efficiency of friction and it ensures immediate response to pressure changes. This packing is developed for pumps and valves handling highly corrosive liquids where soft resilient packings are desired.

A special tough 100% Pure PTFE Packing Impregnated with special ultra chemical inert suspensoid. This diagonally braided packing responds readily to pressure changes and forms a long lasting gland seal having very low coefficient of friction.

This is a super combination cross braided packing specially designed with lubricated pure PTFE on the faces and special yellow synthetic fibre filaments on the corners. Due to its multifibre dense and homogeneous construction the packing is most suited to all fluids including corrosive chemicals, even under extremely high pressure conditions. The packing has exceptionally good dimensional stability, creep resistance and non-toxic. The packing will not provide extraneous stresses on plungers which damage both packing and plunger under high pressure conditions.

A premium stern tube duplex braided packing manufactured from tough vegetable fibre for heavy duty hydraulic and marine application including rudder posts. This packing is incorporated with special lubricants to promote non-flowing lubricity, compressibility, flexibility and to minimise shaft wear. The volume loss, friction and heat build up is kept to the minimum. There will be no wash out of lubricants as experienced with conventional packings. The special lubricant forms a protective shield around the basic fibre preventing fluid penetration and fibre break down.

This packing is specially constructed from fine quality long tough abrasion resistant vegetable fibre yarn. During the process of manufacture, each strand is impregnated with non-graphite lubricant to enhance the antifriction property.
